Vibes House

Vibes is an all around good club. The Vibe ( No Pun intended) is very cool inside and the live shows are very well done. Looking forward to seeing this cafe come to the uk some time in the future and bringing the much needed style that has been missing in recent years

Opening scene: 1

Scene 1

A mixed race boy of 11 to 15yrs, is sitting on a chair in a white room {sitting causal but leaning forward}. Talking to a camera.
Re: Hawk and Dove. Who they was.
His life and the normal life he was living because of their actions.

Scene 1 Alt.

Opening 1

Two children sitting on stairs watching the TV. (Though the stairs)
Family in the living room.
Mum (big ol mama) goes to the fridge to take out drinks for granddads playing domino’s round a table
{One of the old men receives a call on his mobile, gets up and goes away} (Focus on men and Jokes coming from them. For about a Minute-2

Zoom back to children getting louder
Cut back to domino table one of the granddad’s raise an eye lid momma notices. Without missing a beat of what she was doing.

Cut back to momma kicking up a slipper from her foot into her hand and throwing it, all in one move, It bounces off the door frame goes though the bannisters hits both the children bounces off the wall goes back though the stair banister and drops at mommas feet to the ground just momma comes to the door gap.

Momma says “BED”

Both children look at each other then run up stairs.

{The idea of the scene is that you know it’s funny but you dismiss the idea, that there is no way that the slipper should have hit the kids. but retain this info for later}

Narrator says.
“Funny thing you don’t notice as children”.

Scene 2

At work.

Introduction of Hawk

At work in the office you see a group meeting with one of the people in the meeting is Hawk, holding his own in an intense meeting working for the council that has the BNP in it {................... ...............................}.

Skips to: 2 Young middle aged white guy’s having a conversation in a house in, the kitchen over tea. Camera pans to the table and back to the guys Talking about cars.

Pans

To the front window, to an Indian lady mid way down the road. Walking away from the house. There is a knock on the door then the door opens (a big white woman comes in mid 30’s (.......... ..............).

A few seconds later in the room both men are on the ground shaking, before dying at the same time you see and hear the door shut at the back of the house (................................................... ....................).

Cut back to later that evening: to Hawk having a romantic dinner in the garden of his house with candles all around on top of old wine and other bottles . A conversation is taking place between Hawk and the great looking Black girl. He leaves to get some more drinks; she gets on her mobile phone to a girl friend, (one of the things she says, I think he going to ask me).

Or your right he is? Conversation goes on for a while a lot of flirting between the two of them.

Hawk and Dove is a ongoing script I started years back, like most people like me, I got side tracked with life issues and did not progress with the script, so I will start to post weekly. and would appreciate comments and suggestions.
